1.2.4Latest
Released July – August 2026 · versions 1.2.2 to 1.2.4
Bring a friend, and a lot of sharper numbers
New Refer a friend — they get a free month, and so do you
New Progress photos, captured and kept on your device, with a side-by-side compare
New Set your own calorie target and macro split when you want to override the plan
New Notifications you can find and control, and that survive an iOS storage clear-out
Fix Protein targets now dose on reference weight with a sensible ceiling — heavier lifters were being handed far more than they could use
Fix One activity multiplier across the meal planner and the Eat tab, so the two finally agree
Fix Leaving now asks what went wrong, and offers something better than leaving
Fix Launch is faster — the splash screen is down from 2.2 seconds to 0.7
1.2.1

The visual refresh
New Every screen rebuilt on one design system
New A light theme, with a System / Dark / Light toggle in Profile
New Lift Report redesigned around a muscle heat-map
New Streak-break grace, a welcome back after time off, and a recap of your first week
Fix Being signed out no longer took your local food log with it
1.1.0
Released July 2026
Show me how to do it
New Filmed demonstrations for the lifts, playable from the session

The progression engine, audited
Fix Eleven fixes in the deload and progression engine after a long audit — no more impossible weight-and-rep combinations, and no more deload sawtooth every fortnight
New Pounds and imperial units carried all the way through suggested weights and the coach's reasoning
New Come back from a layoff and Coachly holds your working weight, then offers to ease you down
New Plan your meals up to a week ahead in the Eat tab
Fix Logged sets survive the app being backgrounded mid-session
1.0.4
Released May 2026
What the numbers should have said
Fix The Eat tab's calorie ring is derived from your macros, so hitting all three lands you on your calorie target instead of over it
New Re-log a saved food and you get the same picker you got the first time — grams or portions, then the amount
Fix Push-ups and pull-ups report real reps to the coach instead of zero
Fix Re-entering the same weight no longer undoes the morning's calorie adjustment
New Your weekly check-in review is written by the coach, not assembled from a template
Fix The coach stops dragging your weekly averages down with a day you have only half logged
1.0.3
Released May 2026
Taps land where you meant them
Fix Tapping a row in a list now acts on the row you pressed. iOS reports where the middle of your finger is, not where the tip is, which on a thumb is about 25px lower than you are aiming
1.0.1
Released May 2026
Quality-of-life fixes

New Macro Trends card on the Progress tab — 7-day moving averages by macronutrient
New Multi-device sync conflict banner when remote pulls override an unsynced edit
