Does Coachly work for hypertrophy AND powerlifting? Yes. Choose your goal during onboarding — Strength, Hypertrophy, Endurance, or Fat Loss — and the programme structures volume, intensity, and rest periods accordingly. You can switch goals between mesocycles.
